We hereby request to join as a Corporate Member of ARUP. We agree to abide by its Constitution, Bye-Laws, and official policies. The Corporate Membership Fee of Rs.10,000 as a bank draft will be couriered to the nearest ARUP office. A passport size photograph and Photostat copy of the National Identity Card of our designated representative will also be couriered for the purpose of preparing the ARUP identity card.
